baby laundry.

Yesterday I did our baby girls first load of laundry.

Which was followed by another one.. :)

Today marks day 19 of my "fitness plan".

fifth docotors appt

April 27th, 2010
Our Fifth Prenatal Appointment
28 Weeks and 3 Days

yesterday I took my glucose test..
& I found out today I passed, yay!

This was the first appointment LeRoy couldn't attend,
but I was able to bring some family along.

First, I got an ultrasound.
She was moving so much and we got to see her lil face and profile for the first time!
It was worth the wait.. :)

not sure who shes gonna look like, but shes gonna be cute for sure :)

her heartbeat is healthy, 130
she's weighing in the 55th percentile, 2.13 lbs.
measuring perfect, 28 weeks and 3 days!
my belly is measuring 28 cm which is equal to 28 weeks, perfect!

next appointment, May 25th.

7 months

measuring 36 3/4 inches around

shes getting bigger and moving slower
she has eyelashes and eyebrows now :]
her favorite thing is to punch/kick my sides at the same time
at times I can see her body parts moving, including her head!
if I rest anything on my belly she'll end up kicking it off haha
my belly button still hasn't popped, and im thinking may never will.
"dark line" still there but not very visible
having a hard time finding anything to wear!
nausea kicks back in at times
but..
still doing good for it being my 3rd Trimester :D

27 Weeks Pregnant
Third Trimester

measuring 36 1/4 inches around

(according to what to expect when you're expecting)
I'm in my Third Trimester now!
I cannot believe I'm 2/3 of the way done.
As of today (the 17th) my due date (July 17th) is 3 months away :]

Shes getting so big..
that I can see her body parts moving around my belly (a lil bit).
It FREAKS me out, but I LOVE it.

My stomach sinks in in certain places when she moves.
When she starts to move, she doesn't stop, and its uncomfortable.

My nails grow fast, but my hair doesn't..

My "dark line" is more visible in person, but still cant really see it.
My belly button is on its way to the surface :]

day five.

Today is day 5 of my new lifestyle.
I decided to start exercising (the best and safest I can while pregnant) by walking.
Every afternoon I walk around my neighborhood for just over an hour.
After a week or two of this, I will also walk in the evenings, hopefully with my dog (that didn't work for the afternoon walks! hes slow..)
I also do lots of stretching (very needed during pregnancy!) and I do floor exercises with and without weights.
My pregnancy book shows a recommended exercise for the week your in, that I include in my floor exercises.
Its not a very intense work out routine, but since I haven't worked out this whole pregnancy, I figured I better ease into it.
I'm hoping by working out before I have the baby, I'll have an easier time losing the baby weight afterward.

Pre pre pre pre pregnancy I really enjoyed running, and even though I cant do that now, I really enjoy exercising again :D

As far as my diet goes.. im working on that.now I'm off for my walk.

im measuring 36 inches around
shes measuring 15 inches, 2.2 lbs
Uterus = basketball!

she moves around sooo much,
making it hurt to sit straight up.
(shes a rib kicker)
occasional braxton hicks.
mild heartburn.
always hungry, always thirsty.
cramp up when sitting or walking for too long.
im either burning up or freezing to death.
constant need to pee.
very dry eyes!
but still loving this time of pregnancy..

It has always been a dream of mine to see the Goo Goo Dolls perform live.
Never thought that it would actually happen!
This day will be remembered as one of the greatest in my life.
To say the least.. it was amaaaaaazing.

I took home a concert tee and a necklace.
But I would of bought everything if I had the money.

cant see my toes
got the start of my "dark line"
had my first braxton hick contraction (at the movies)
her movement and kicks have dramatically changed and have become very intense
she now measures 13 1/2 inches long
and weighs 1.8 pounds
